NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc., a California-based retail shopping center owner and development company, is planning a $1.5 million remodel, refresh, and upgrade of Bricktown Square in Chicago.
NewMark Merrill acquired the 292,309-square-foot retail center located at the northwest corner of N. Narragansett and W. Fullerton Avenue. The firm also currently owns and operates six other retail properties in the Chicagoland area, including Winston Plaza, Stratford Crossing, Stony Island Plaza, Midway Square, Pulaski Promenade, and Marketplace at Six Corners.
NewMark Merrill’s team includes President and Chief Executive Officer Sandy Sigal, Chief Development Officer Luca Giovanardi, Construction & Development Director, Robert Mendoza and Construction & Development Project Coordinator, David Rosenthal.
