NewMark Merrill Companies Sells Newly Developed Melrose Landing in San Diego Area

NewMark Merrill South, LLC, the San Diego based retail shopping center owner and development company and subsidiary of NewMark Merrill Companies, announced today it has sold Melrose Landing, a newly developed retail property located at 2655-2665 Melrose Drive in Vista, California. The two single-tenant buildings, located at the corner of South Melrose Drive and Faraday Avenue, were pre-leased to Dutch Bros Coffee and Wendy’s prior to construction and have now been sold in two separate transactions. NewMark Merrill South currently owns and/or manages of portfolio of more than 30 retail centers in San Diego County.

The Dutch Bros Coffee property sold for $2.7 million, while the Wendy’s property was sold for $2.6 million and both closed escrow in the fourth quarter of 2024.
