Quick Quack Car Wash To Open Its First Location in the San Diego Region
San Diego, CA (July 1, 2025) – NewMark Merrill South, LLC, the San Diego division of retail shopping center owner and development company NewMark Merrill Companies, announced today it has acquired a one-acre parcel located at the northeast corner of Business Park Drive and Poinsettia Avenue in the San Diego suburb of Vista, California.
The site is leased to Quick Quack Car Wash, one of the fastest-growing express car wash brands in the Western United States. Quick Quack Car Wash is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Construction is being managed by CM Corp and Eleven Western Construction.
